Originally a Fashion designer, I made my first professional career in the field of Fashion trends and creative direction; already 'human-oriented', with a cultural and societal approach to understanding the tastes and personalities of people and their ways of expression.
But at different points in my life I was led to undergo a psychotherapy, to address some difficult personal issues. For various problems at different times, I worked on myself in therapy (with several types of psychological approaches and methods), and each time it empowered me to radically change my life and experience the most positive results, like an 'update' for a better living! I realised that if psychotherapy could allow this for me - fix my most complex issues and heal me - then I had to share and empower others!

I also realised that sharing my personal experience and learning, with my particular ability for empathy, turned out to be extremely helpful for many people around me. That's why I decided to do this professionally and went back to study, to operate a real career transition:
I put my Fashion career aside, and went back to study psychology and neurosciences for five years, until I completed my courses and passed the exams to become a psychotherapist, practitioner of 11 of the most efficient therapy methods:
Psychoanalysis, Cognitive therapy and Behavioural therapy (a.k.a. C.B.T. when combined), Systemic therapy (family or couple counseling), Transactional analysis, Psychogenealogy, Art-therapy, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Psycho corporal therapy (a.k.a. mind-body therapy), and Gestalt therapy. |
Now you know my history; so you know that in sessions with me, you won't be talking to a 'scholar repeating textbooks', but also to someone who felt, experienced deep issues themselves, and fixed them successfully! My patients always say they love to feel that understanding from me: because I've been through deep suffering too, and through a lot of the emotional issues we address together, and so my convictions in the psychotherapy methods I practice are supported by the evidence of my own healing journey!
